These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of local transport and logistics services by CRO-PROM d.o.o. and the use of this website. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these terms.
CRO-PROM provides transport, haulage, delivery, and related logistics support within Croatia and, where agreed, cross-border routes.
Specific service details (pickup/delivery points, items, timing, special handling) are confirmed in the individual order or contract.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. CRO-PROM may revise a quote if details change (e.g., dimensions, access conditions, waiting times).
An order is accepted once CRO-PROM confirms in writing (email or platform message).
Provide accurate information about items, addresses, access constraints, and any permits required.
Ensure safe loading/unloading conditions and suitable packaging; declare fragile, hazardous, or high-value items in advance.
Obtain all necessary consents for pickup/delivery locations.
Prices include only the services expressly listed. Additional tasks (extra labour, waiting time, storage, tolls) may be charged separately.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon invoice receipt and may require advance payment for certain jobs.
Late payments may accrue statutory default interest under Croatian law.
CRO-PROM is liable only for direct damage caused by its proven fault, subject to mandatory law. Consequential or indirect losses (loss of profit, business interruption) are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Customer must notify visible damage upon delivery; hidden damage must be reported without undue delay. Evidence (photos, delivery notes) should be provided.
Customers are encouraged to arrange additional cargo insurance for high-value or sensitive items.
Estimated delivery times are indicative. CRO-PROM is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, administrative controls, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
In force majeure events, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event; both parties will mitigate impacts in good faith.
Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy available on this site. By using the services, you acknowledge that policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
